This requirement is for a 100% Small Business Set Aside for CABLE ASSEMBLY. The final destination is Sasebo, Japan. ***NO PARTS WILL SHIP TO BREMERTON, WASHINGTON***. If your business entity is submitting a quote, please specify the following:
-The Manufacturer
-The country of origin (COO)
-After Receipt of Order (ARO), also known as the estimated time or arrival
-Confirm that the part will ship to Sasebo, Japan and not Bremerton, Washington. NAVSUP WSS Transportation will work with the contractor to coordinate shipping.
-Provide all pertinent specifications or equal to specifications if applicable.
NAVSUP WSS Transportation is at no cost to the Contractor and is mandatory according to page 3 of the solicitation. However, if additional fees such as tariffs, duties, taxes, and customs apply, please include in the line item(s) of the requirement.
Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the SAM.gov website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of offerors to access the posted documents.
