CABLE TELEVISION SERVICES

1.0     General Information 
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.  Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. No Per diem or daily allowance for lodging, meal, and incidental expenses shall not be paid on this contract. No travel allowance for any airfare to and from the work location for any personnel or parts.   No partial quotes will be considered.  No partial awards will be made. 
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 516210 - Media Streaming Distribution Services, Social Networks, and Other Media Networks and Content Providers.  The resultant contract is intended to be awarded as a one-time, firm-fixed price contract.  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04.  This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis as a commercial item under the procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13. 
2.0    Supplies or Services 
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) requests firm-fixed pricing in accordance with the information listed in this document. Shipping cost (within CONUS) is to be included in vendor's pricing. The work is to be performed during the timeframe of Jan 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The Government will escort vendor if needed to install or make any repairs on site FBI Academy 1 Hoover Rd Quantico, VA 22134. The services to be provided by the contractor, and are not necessarily limited to, the following examination, diagnosis, and treatment of any technical problems include phone 24/7/365 technical support.  This will be coordinated with the government site POC.

2.1 Shipping & Delivery Requirements 
All applicable deliveries under this order shall be FOB destination and delivered to FBI Academy 1 Hoover Rd Quantico, VA 22134.
