CISCO PRODUCTS DEL 7 (AMENDED)

Notice to Vendors: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

The following changes that have been made to the solicitation on September 23 2025 at 1300 MST are listed below on 

1. CLIN 0003 Line Item Description was TSG Certified CISCO 8832 Conference Phone CISCO CP-8832-01 and has been changed to TSG Certified CIS Secure 8832 Conference Phone CISCO CP-8832-01.
2. CLIN 0004 Line Item Description was VoIP Phone Model CISCO Secure DTD-8841(Microphone Removed) and has been changed to VoIP Phone Model CIS Secure DTD-8841(Microphone Removed).
3. CLIN 0005 Line Item Description was CISCO 8865 TSG Phone Model DTD-8865-01-MR and has been changed to CIS Secure 8865 TSG Phone Model DTD-8865-01-MR.
4. CLIN 0007 Line Item Description was CISCO Webex Board Pro 75-TAA-Non Radio Model CS-BRD75P-NR-K9++ (all accessories) and has been changed to CISCO Webex Board Pro 75-TAA-Non Radio Model CS-BRDP75-NR-K9++ (all accessories).
5. The deadline for the submittal of quotes was NLT 1300 (MT), 22 Sept 2025 and has been changed to NLT 1300 (MT), 25 Sept 2025.
6. PIID for the Solicitation has changed from FA251725Q0145  to FA251725Q0141 (Due to error with SAM.gov, the solicitation is unable to be changed from the old PIID but the attachment 1449 follows the updated PIID)

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
