The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed price Contract for the procurement of Qty. 5 COLLECTION SET, ENGINE WASH (PN: 4091AS0317-1) in support of the P8-A Poseidon Program for the United States Navy (USN.)
All contractors seeking award must be eligible to participate under a small business set-aside.
GENERAL INFORMATION: There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above.  Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract.

Applicable drawings and materials for this procurement are export controlled. Interested and eligible parties must contact the Contracts Point of Contact and provide their applicable CAGE Code / Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Once the interested party has been confirmed to be eligible to receive export-controlled documents through the Joint Certification Program (JCP), the requested drawings will be sent to the entity’s designated point of contact listed on their JCP file.
All eligible offerors may submit a quotation, which if received by 9:00 AM EST on 16 June 2025, shall be considered by the agency. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
Responses to this notice must include the company name, point of contact, address, area code and telephone number, electronic mail (e-mail) address and company literature sufficient to determine the capability of this company to perform this effort.
