This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423830-Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers.  

Offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with the NAICS code identified and completed representations and certifications prior to the closing of this announcement.  Additionally, all offerors shall not have any active exclusions listed within SAM.  

This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside certified under NAICS code 423830-Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers.  The agency will review quotes for compliance and accuracy.  

This is a Firm Fixed Price procurement and will be procured using commercial item procedures.  The technical expert will evaluate the quotes based on information furnished by the offeror and specifications provided. 

The solicitation number for this procurement is N6279326Q0001.   

For this solicitation, SSNN intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison Marketplace.  All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at Marketplace weblink:

The solicitation pricing on Unison Marketplace will end on 2025-11-24 15:00:00.0 Eastern Time.

The offeror shall provide a quote for each line item on Unison Marketplace Buy#1203534, in accordance with the attached Specification Sheet. 

New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or “gray market” items.  All items must be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of Buy.

FOB Destination shall be GE Warehouse, 6701 College Drive, Suffolk, Virginia 23435.

No partial shipments are permitted, unless specifically authorized at the time of award.
