    Q1- It says concrete is to be Dove Gray ours are just standard concrete gray.  Can you explain the dove gray and are we talking the same thing?

    A1- Dove Gray is not an added color, it is just the color of plain concrete grey.

    Q2- Is there a NLT date that all barriers are to be delivered or is that up to the Tech?

    A2- The initial delivery of the first 10 barriers is required no later than sixty (60) days After Date of Contract (ADC), see section 2.0 of Delivery Instructions. The remaining deliveries shall be completed within 150 days ADC.

    Q3- Will there be off-load capabilities by Camp Lejeune on delivery, or will that be required by the solicitor?

    A3- Yes, Off-loading will be performed by the Government, using Government equipment at delivery location. See section 3.0 of Delivery instructions.

    Q4- Would 12' work or is 10' a must?

    A4- This requirement is for 10 foot Barriers only. See CLIN 0001 for details.
