THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY.  This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.  All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

The purpose of this Sources Sought to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing solutions to meet the requirement.  The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.

Requirement needed.

Need to purchase and install wall mounted large TV, conferencing camera and video conferencing microphones to four (4) rooms at J9 Diamond Head road, Honolulu Hawaii 

1. Room 12: 

• 1.Wall Mounted 65 Inch TV
• 2.Wall Mounted Video Conferencing Camera
• 3.Video Conferencing Microphone
• 4.TV should be able to connect to Laptop computer through cable

2. Room 26:

• 1.Wall Mounted 75 Inch TV
• 2.Wall Mounted Video Conferencing Camera
• 3.Video Conferencing Microphone
• 4.TV should be able to connect to Laptop computer through cable
• 5.55 Inch TV on Rolling Stand with Video Conferencing Capability

3. Room 39:

• 1.1. Wall Mounted 85 Inch TV
• 2.Wall Mounted Video Conferencing Camera
• 3.Video Conferencing Microphones on Table or hung from Ceiling
• 4.TV should be able to connect to Laptop computer though cable
• At desk

4. Room 47A

• 1.1. Wall Mounted 65 Inch TV
• 2.Wall Mounted Video Conferencing Camera
• 3.Video Conferencing Microphone
• 4.TV should be able to connect to Laptop computer through cable

The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice in writing including details of your company’s ability to deliver and install all required items for 4 rooms. 

Additionally, please provide the following information:

1. Company Name and Address

3. DUNs Number
4. Company business size by NAICS code
5. Small Business Type(s), if applicable
6. Point of Contact for questions and/or clarifications
7. Telephone Number and email address
8. Web Page URL (if applicable)
9. Teaming Partners (if applicable)
10. Information regarding the viability to receive and process classified information with appropriate contact information
11. Provide any recommendations and/or concerns.

Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought.

Responses to this Sources Sought should not exceed 5 pages in length.
