    *****All eligible offerors may bid; however, this action is a set aside for local area vendors located in, residing in, and doing business in the State of Florida.*****  

    Offerors must provide a quote no later than 12:00pm ET Thursday October 23, 2025, to the following email addresses: tiffany.young@fema.dhs.gov and kimberly.coakley@fema.dhs.gov.

    All Questions shall be made in writing to the above email addresses. The cut-off day for questions will be Monday October 20, 2025 by 12:00pm ET. Responses to questions will be returned as soon as practicable.

    NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

    Vendors are asked to please provide negative responses referenced as "No Bid". Your assistance is appreciated.

    The Federal Emergency Management Agency, Florida Joint Recovery Office-Lake Mary, FL has a requirement for the rental of five (5) high-speed multifunction printer/copier/scanner device(s) to include maintenance and support services and all necessary supplies, excluding paper.

    The monthly lease of (5) High-Speed Multifunction Copiers must include 5,000 black and white copies per month and 5,000 color copies per month. (Any overages can be charged accordingly, not to exceed $100.00.)

    The monthly lease of copiers shall include labor, parts, maintenance, toner, and all necessary supplies (excluding paper).

    Copier/printer/scanners must be network-attachable via Ethernet cabling. Must have either 1) USB port readily accessible for connection of PIV card reader OR 2) an internal/integrated PIV card reader. The CAC/PIV capability of the copier/printer/scanner must be at Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 140-2 Level 1 – and the VENDOR WILL INSTALL/ACTIVATE the CAC/PIV FIPS 140-2 Level 1 function upon installation.

    At the end of the completion of the contract, the Contractor will need to remove the hard drive out of the machines and turn it over to FEMA for destruction. 

    The Contractor shall oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the copier devices to meet the requirements listed on the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
