CTNF PALISADES RD JANITORIAL

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 1240LS26Q0061 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Services at the Palisades Ranger District occupied by Forest Service employees.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings The small business size standard is $22.0 Million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

Statement of Requirement

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Palisades Ranger District, Caribou-Targhee National Forest, has a need for janitorial services. The base item, and consecutive option years for this solicitation is for the Palisades Ranger District occupied by Forest Service employees.
