EMERSON BY FLEXIM TRANSMITTER, TRANSDUCER, MOUNTING FRAME

The Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia, is soliciting Request for Quote (RFQ) # N4215826QE046.  This procurement request is to purchase OEM Brand Name Sole Source items only from Emerson by Flexim manufactured parts.  This is a 100% Small Business set aside award.  The items are detailed in Section C (Description/Specifications) of the RFQ and in Attachment 1, Technical Capability Statement.  Attachment 1 must be checked Yes or No for each item, and then it must be signed and dated at the bottom.  At the time of the award an electronic copy of the award and the Certificate of Compliance will be sent to the winning vendor.  All quotes must include shipping.  Any and all costs for the award should be included at this time.  Shipping and other costs cannot be added later.  Please fill in the RFQ and Attachment 1 in their entirety and returned by May 7, 2026, 10:00am EST, to john.e.faircloth2.civ@us.navy.mil
