EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION AND AWARDS CEREMONY (ERAC) REQUIREMENT FOR NAVSUP WSS- MECHANICSBURG, PA

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Regional Directorate intends to solicit for a future award to be issued sole source to the Harrisburg Senators, LLC on a small business set aside basis using FAR Part 13 procedures for the procurement of tickets to the Harrisburg Senators game to be held on 19 May 2026 at First National Bank (FNB) field, the home baseball location of the Harrisburg Senators in support of the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Weapon Systems Support (WSS) and their Employee Recognition and Awards Ceremony (ERAC). The contractor (Harrisburg Senators, LLC) will provide for ticketed attendance at the Harrisburg Senators baseball game and parking for up to 650 employees and 520 employees, respectively as well as a food and beverage voucher to each person receiving a ticket redeemable at any food vendor within the confines of the ballpark.  The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with the Harrisburg Senators, LLC on a sole source basis since they are the only known source at this time with the ability to provide the above required ticketed attendance at the Harrisburg Senators baseball game and parking for up to 650 employees and 520 employees, respectively as well as a food and beverage voucher to each person receiving a ticket redeemable at any food vendor within the confines of the ballpark and can meet the government’s minimum requirement at this time in terms of location (i.e., distance from the work site), date availability, and ability to accommodate the NAVSUP WSS workforce. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement for the ERAC event. All responses received will be considered by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses received in response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. System for Award Management (SAM) Contractor Registration is required for all vendors doing business with the Government and can be obtained at www.SAM.gov.
