This acquisition is open market. Terms are FOB Destination, deliveries will be scheduled for weekly. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. "Quotations must be submitted in accordance with the specifications and terms included herein". "The Government reserves the right to accept other than the lowest priced offer". Past Performance (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor. Please include shipping in all pricing. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments and awards, will be distributed through Sam.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-todate information about this solicitation. Each offeror is required to be registered in www.SAM.gov complete with representations and certifications at the time of quotation. All bids should be completed on the Excel spreadsheets provided with no alterations to the line item or excel spreadsheet.
