FCI LEAVENWORTH QTR 2 KOSHER SOLICITATION

This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract, which consists of food items delivered to FCI Leavenworth Between the dates of January 1, 2026 and January 19, 2026. Each item must meet the specification in the line description and the CID standards found here (https://www.ams.usda.gov/grades-standards)

Period of Performance: January 1,2026 through January 19, 2026

Directions How to Provide Quote:  See the attached spread sheet file. Add a per unit price next to items you wish to provide a quote for. Only items with quantities, unit pricing, and item description stating how the item will be packaged, will be considered.  Fill in the spreadsheet with items you wish to compete on and return the file as a spread sheet (i.e. no PDF, or Word Files). All quotes must be submitted to Kathleen Wood, Contract Specialist, at kwood1@bop.gov.

Each Item will be evaluated, an order of all the winning line for items will be considered by the government.  The vendor must then review and return a signed order accepting the offer made within 2 business days, or the offer shall be considered withdrawn, and the government will move on to the next best value offeror.

Quotes will be evaluated utilizing the evaluation of commercial items and Lowest Price Technically acceptable.  The deadline for submitting a response to this combined synopsis /solicitation is November 24, 2025 7:00 am Central time.
