Add a per unit price next to the items you wish to provide a quote for. Only items with quantities, unit pricing, and an item description stating how the item will be packaged/shipped will be considered. Fill in the spreadsheet with items you wish to compete on and return the file as a spread sheet (i.e. no PDF, or Word Files will be considered). Quotes must be e-mailed to Kathleen Wood, Contract Specialist, at kwood1@bop.gov. In addition please review the attached delivery instructions to verify you are to meet the delivery requirements. The specification excel spreadsheet and the vendor cover sheet both must be completed and e-mailed to address above by January 27, 2026 at 07:00 am to be considered. Any quote received after the deadline will not be considered.
