COMPETITION FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS FULL AND OPEN, UNRESTRICTED TO BUSINESS SIZE. AN OFFEROR MUST BE HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT WHEN PLACING AN OFFER/PROPOSAL PACKAGE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. REGISTRATION CAN BE COMPLETED FREE OF CHARGE AT www.sam.gov. The applicable Size Standard is North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 327991, with a Small Business size standard of 500 employees. SUBMITTAL DUE DATE AND TIME: The Contractor submittal packages must be received by the USACE - Chicago District Office no later than 3:30 p.m. (Central time) on March 8, 2023. Please reference the subject solicitation number on all correspondence. Detailed submittal requirements are contained in the Solicitation document.
