This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-04.

Various subsistence items for the Federal Prison Camp, Bryan, Texas, as detailed in Unison Market Place

(vi) Type of Contract

Each Unison Buy may result in one or more firm-fixed-price awards or purchase card transactions.
Note: “All or None” bids will not be accepted.

(vii) Delivery Details

• F.O.B. Destination applies
• Deliveries are due no later than 10 days after Award/Receipt of Order (ARO)
• Delivery Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Central Time)
• No deliveries on weekends or federal holidays
• Late deliveries may be subject to cancellation; restocking/shipping fees will be the vendor’s responsibility.
