Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL has been tasked to solicit and award a services contract for Full Food Service and Mess Attendant Services at Naval Air Station (NAS) Meridian, MS as described in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided as an attachment. A firm fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated with a one (1) year base period commencing on 01 October 2025 through 30 September 2026, four (4) one year option periods, and an optional 6-month extension IAW FAR 52.217-8.
The PSC Code is M1FD. The NAICS Code is 722310, with a size standard of $47M. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Full Food Service and Mess Attendant Services in support of Command Navy Region, Southeast (CNRSE) Galleys aboard NAS Meridian. The Contractor shall, except as specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), provide all personnel labor, supervision, management, any items and services necessary to perform food service mess attendant services, and food preparation and production defined within this PWS.
The solicitation will be available on or about 01 July 2025, for download on the SAM.gov website at https://SAM.gov/. The RFP will include instructions for preparation of proposals, the PWS, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with SAM.gov to download the synopsis, solicitation, and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFP, attachments, or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. SAM registration is mandatory.
