FY26 2ND QTR BREAD

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Elkton, located in Lisbon, Ohio, intends to issue solicitation for the requirements of: QUARTERLY BREADS.  This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination with delivery dates between January 6, 2026, and March 31, 2026. These exact dates will be shown in the solicitation. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Elkton-Food Service Warehouse, 8730 Scroggs Road, Lisbon, OH 44432.  The contract type is a firm-fixed price.  The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government with consideration to past performance and price. This will be an All or None award. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 25, 2025 and will be posted to www.beta.SAM.gov.
