GEOSPATIAL WAREHOUSE FOR VECTOR ACCESS (GWAVA)

In accordance with FAR 5.201, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is providing notice of a proposed contract action for the release of the Geospatial Warehouse for Vector Access (GWaVA) solicitation on or after 5 August 2025. The solicitation will be released as a Request for Proposal and solicited via FAR Part 15 procedures. The resulting contract will have a period of performance of 12 months for initial GWaVA development and an optional three (3) months of GWaVA operations and sustainment. NGA anticipates the use of an advisory down-select process with the first phase involving oral presentations. NGA may post draft solicitation documents to the classified ARC website prior to solicitation release.
