THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources and alternative products as part of 181st Intelligence Wing, IN ANG market research. No Solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy.

As part of its market research, 181 MSG/MSC is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exist an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.

The interested vendors shall be able to provide:

1 Ea – goTenna Pro Deployment Kit 2

Delivery of each item to 181 Intelligence Wing, IN ANG. 900 S. Petercheff St, Terre Haute, IN 47803. 60 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

GoTenna or equal devices for emergency response during loss of primary communication means or off base response. The system will provide faster and more accurate situational awareness for planning and recovery.

If submitting an alternative item, equipment shall meet all of the following characteristics:

Portable charging case for no less than 30 individual devices.
Removable tablet for device managment and app/tool integration.
Capable of distributing mission information and device configuration over a WiFi hotspot through a single deployment pack, including encryption keys, frequency sets, map files, and more
Less than 35 lbs total with all devices and tablet. Internal battery meets IATA and TSA regulations.
Minimum AES256 encryption.
The contractor shall provide 1 year of full coverage support for the devices. Any defect that is not caused by government damage or misuse shall be replaced by the vendor at no cost to the government
