1. This notice is a request for competitive quotations. Therefore, all quotations received prior to the RFQ close date will be considered. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriate funds. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer (CO) for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the CO. 2. Attached is the solicitation (FA527026QA043) with the incorporated provisions and clauses. Please check the attachment 1 Item list for the detail. Furthermore, this requirement will be brand name or equal. Please read the attachement 2 and 3, and fill the blank, when submiting your quote.
