This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is issued by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC), 766 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (766 ESS) PKI. This constitutes the official solicitation for the Hickam Open House Bus Services, Parking, and Sanitation requirement.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

BUS RENTAL AND PARKING: Contracted buses are needed to support the Hickam Open House Event, “Wings of Aloha” on 13 September 2025. IAW Performance Work Statement, 20 motorcoach buses will be needed to shuttle 4500-6000 projected event attendees. Buses will be utilized for (a) on-base parking shuttle, (b) NEX Parking Shuttle, (c) 1000 car parking lot to be determined by the contractor. The Contractor shall provide transportation for all attendees for the Hickam Open House to and from designated parking locations, consolidated pick up locations and any other locations/routes prescribed in the contract. The Contractor will also locate and reserve off-base parking for 1,000 vehicles for the Hickam Open House on 13 September 2025.

SANITATION: IAW Performance Work Statement, the Contractor shall be responsible for event sanitation from 11 September – 13 September 2025. 30 portable toilets and five (5) handwashing stations will be needed to support patrons of the event.

Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with procedures outlined in the RFQ document and award will be made to the offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and is able to satisfy the Government’s requirements.
