Requirement

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP FLC Jacksonville, requests quotes for Hot Mixed Asphalt delivery in accordance with the attached Description of Requirement (DOR). The Government anticipates award of a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Specific quantities, mix types, and delivery locations/times will be identified at the Delivery Order level consistent with the DOR.

Place of Performance / Delivery

Primary Location: Gulfport, Mississippi (specific delivery sites will be identified in individual orders)

Delivery/Performance Schedule: See attached DOR. Time-definite deliveries may be required.

Submission of Quotes

Due Date/Time: No later than the posted due date on this notice. Late quotes may not be considered.

Required Quote Contents

1. Company Information: Legal name, UEI, CAGE, business size/status under NAICS 324121, point of contact, email, phone.
2. Technical: Follow Technical Volume requirements/instructions in 52.212-1 in the solicitation.
3. Pricing: Complete and submit the SF 1449 with a CLIN schedule that includes unit prices (e.g., per ton) and extended totals. 
4. Certifications: Current SAM registration and FAR 52.212-3 reps & certs (or confirmation they are current in SAM).
5. Past Performance (optional but encouraged): Recent, relevant HMA delivery contracts or orders.

Important: Follow all submission and volume/format instructions contained in the attached SF 1449 Solicitation.
