    See Attached Solicitation Package. 

    The 911th Airlift Wing, Pittsburgh Air Force Reserve Station (ARS) has a requirement for HVAC Repairs in Building 333 located at 2375 Defense Avenue in Coraopolis, PA 15108. 

    The contractor shall provide all administration, facilities, materials, labor, and equipment and perform all operations necessary to complete construction as identified in the contract documents, to include, but not limited to, Statement of Work, and the Specifications identified in the award.

    General Scope of WorkRemove and Replace Chiller in accordance with a current equivalent Carrier model chiller. The new model must meet up-to-date refrigerant requirements. Remove and replace any necessary electrical or plumbing elements to create optimal conditions for the new unit to function. Total contract performance period is 250 calendar days from the date of receipt of the notice to proceed.

    Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction (FAR 36.204(c)): Between $100,000 and $250,000. 

    The acquisition will be procured as 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The resulting award will be for one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. All small businesses that meet this project requirements are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 with Small Business Standard of $19M. 

    Solicitation FA671225B0004 with attachments as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) is attached.  All interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure they have the most current information (i.e. Amendments) on the solicitation. Requests for any hard copies will not be honored. 

    SITE VISIT: A pre-bid conference and site walk (not mandatory) will be conducted on Monday, September 15. 2025 at 9:00 a.m. If you wish to attend, please email claudette.baldt.1@us.af.mil and janie.roney@us.af.mil with: NAME.     Contractors are advised that in order to receive an award as the prime contractor, they must be listed and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database for the NAICS code 238220. Failure to register will disqualify a contractor from award should the contractor be selected, not registered, nor active at the time of bid opening. Contractors may register via the Internet SAM website at https://www.sam.gov. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. Contractors are also advised that they must complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application or risk having their bid declared non‐responsive.
