Further, If no affirmative written response is received by January 8, 2026, 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET), the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 8 January 2026, 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET) to MICC - Fort Knox, Cara Johnson at cara.j.johnson.civ@army.mil.
