INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: XEROX CORPORATION LEASE/MAINTENANCE OF HIGH-SPEED DIGITAL PRINTING EQUIPMENT

The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) intends to solicit and award to Xerox Corporation, 1945 Lakepointe Drive, Lewisville, TX 75057, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement.

The EOUSA anticipates award, on a sole source basis, to Xerox Corporation for the lease/maintenance of high-speed digital reproduction/printing equipment and services, with the trade-in of EOUSA’s ending leased Xerox equipment.  The lease includes the equipment (XeroxTM Versant® 280 Press, Xerox VS280STND, Xerox PRIMELINK B9125 Copier/printer, Xerox Fiery Standalone Print Server NX One Gen III), all consumables for all prints based on usage, and full-service maintenance.  Service turn-a-round/confirmation for service is 1 hour ETA available 24/7, return calls for service made within 1 hour and actual service must be provided within a 24-hour period from initial service call.  Consumables include but not limited to toner, waste containers, developer, film remover, staples, are available through an auto-replenish ordering system with overnight shipping in emergency situations.  The anticipated performance period is a base plus four (4) option years.
