NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: - Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to Philips North America LLC for the maintenance of UroNav Fusion Biopsy System at the New York Harbor Healthcare System Manhattan campus, for one base year with the provision of four (4) option years. The NAICS code is 811210. This Full-Service contract will include all necessary labor, full service, maintenance, tools, equipment, transportation and parts (excluding non-VENDOR parts) required to perform repair and Preventive Maintenance (PM) on listed equipment. All equipment will be maintained in proper operating condition as specified by the manufacturer. - Philips North America LLC is the only known, authorized service provider for Preventative Maintenance services. - THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. If no responses are received, the government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by May 14, 2025, at 3:00 pm ET. Responses shall be submitted via email to Charles.Collins@va.gov. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted.
