NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source open market purchase order to Hologic, Inc, 250 Campus Drive, Marlborough, MA 01752 for a T5000 On Site service maintenance requirement at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215. This service requirement shall include yearly preventative maintenance, one (1) yearly customer care call, on-site service and application service, and phone technical support. NAICS Code is 811210 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the Classification code is J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies with a Small Business Size Standard of $34 Million. THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due on 03/10/2024 at 4:00pm EST.
