NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, located at 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89084 is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government s intent to execute a Sole Source Award under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only notice of intent to sole source and synopsis of the proposed action. Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to Aldevra, LLC a Certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for a Base year plus one-option year. The statutory authority for applying the Simplified Procedures for Commercial Items of FAR 13.5 is 41 U.S.C. § 1901 and is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) for restricting competition on this procurement.
