KHC - BPAS FOR FACILITIES MGMT. & QUARTERS DEPARTMENTS

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) – Facilities Management Department & Quarters Department, located in Kayenta, AZ 86033, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) award to Bighorn Ridgerunners, LLC, UEI Number L773U1K5BJR3, for various supplies inclusive of miscellaneous building supplies, plumbing supplies, lumber material, electrical supplies, disposable tools, disposable PPE, to be ordered on an as needed basis to operate and maintain government properties to building functions and protection of government Facility and Quarters. Period of Performance shall be for a base plus two option years, with a duration of one year from date of award. In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Bighorn Ridgerunners, LLC is uniquely qualified to provide the various requested supplies, to ensure direct patient safety care for the facility.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Bighorn Ridgerunners, LLC may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Jerlyn Begay, Supervisory Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 10:00am EDT on Friday 06/06/2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. A solicitation will not be issued.
