    Description

    This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are be requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

    Project Objectives: To (1) evaluate the existing gasoline and diesel fuel aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) and fuel dispensing systems including the storage, mechanical, and electrical components, (2) identify required repairs to allow both fuel systems dispensers to operate that meets all federal, state and Air Force regulations, (3) create a plan/design for repairs including any reconfigurations, replacement, upgrades, and a cost estimate, and (4) accomplish minimum repairs to the both gasoline and diesel fuel dispensing systems to allow them to function until the full repair/replacement can be executed. The equipment is located at Bldg. 19, Ka’ena Point Space Force Station (KPSFS), Oahu, Hawaii. The Contractor shall provide the above information in a report that will be used to create a requirement to repair/replace/upgrade the system. 

    Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for 09 September 2025 at 09:00AM HST at Kaʻena Point Space Force Station.
