MAIN REDUCTION GEAR SLEEVE BEARINGS

Solicitation number N0040626QS251 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Main Reduction Gear sleeve bearings. 

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This requirement is SOLE SOURCE To Timken Gears & Services due to their proprietary information and drawings for the Main Reduction Gear sleeve bearings.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency in determining whether to compete this requirement.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

Evaluation: The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, represents the best value to the Government, price, delivery, technical acceptability, and past performance, considered in no particular order.

The deadline for submission of questions regarding the solicitation's terms, conditions, and/or specifications is 1 day prior to the solicitation's closing date.
