Payments will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $15,000.00 or less. Per FAR 52.212-3, all offerors must have an active registration and completed representations and certifications within the System for Award Management (SAM); the legacy ORCA system is no longer in use.
