There are no agents or dealers authorized to represent these products, and no division of Charon Technologies, LLC has any rights of sub-license to make a similar or competing product.
A sole source contract is deemed appropriate as no other vendor is able to satisfy the Government's requirement.
One (1) Purchase Order (PO) contract with Firm Fixed Price Contract Line Item is anticipated. Delivery location is Ft. Leavenworth, KS. The estimated award date is scheduled for 12 September 2025.
