The quote, signed by an individual authorized to bind the offer, must be submitted to the address contained within solicitation posting 10:00 am (Puerto Rico Time Zone) with a due date of December 12, 2026. The anticipated date of award is on or about December 19, 2026. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
