All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 17, 2026, and will be posted through the SAM website at Home | SAM.gov. The quote, signed by an individual authorized to bind the offer, must be submitted to the address contained within the solicitation posting by 10:00AM eastern standard time with a due date of February 23, 2026. The anticipated date of award is on or about February 26, 2026. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
