MINI SPLIT HVAC STANDARDIZATION NAS KEY WEST, FL REVISED

THIS IS A REVISION TO A PREVIOUS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT, A MARKET SURVEY FOR WRITTEN INFORMATION ONLY TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL COMMERCIAL AVAILABILITY FOR MINI SPLIT HVAC STANDARDIZATION AT NAS KEY WEST, FL. THE INTENT OF THIS NOTICE IS TO IDENTIFY OTHER POTENTIAL SOURCES OF THIS PRODUCT THAT HAVE THE CHARACTERISTICS LISTED IN ATTACHMENT 2 REV. THE PURPOSE OF THE REVISION TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS TO CLARIFY THE GOVERNMENT'S REQUIREMENT. RESPONDENTS SHALL PROVIDE EXPERIENCE MANUFACTURING AND INSTALLING THESE UNITS SUCCESSFULLY WITH EXISTING FACILITY SYSTEMS. 

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR AN INVITATION FOR BID. NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS.

No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation.

There is no bid package or solicitation currently available. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made.

This is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining commercial availability. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice.

Interested Sources are invited to respond to this Source Sought by completing Attachment 1 – Company Information and Attachment 2 – Technical Information. The submission shall not exceed 5 pages and shall ONLY be submitted electronically to lindsay.e.betteridge.civ@us.navy.mil and MUST be limited to a 5MB attachment. You are encouraged to request a read receipt or acknowledgement via reply email.

RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 14:00 eastern time on 25 August 2025. LATE RESPONSES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation.
