Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Uzbekistan will launch the solicitation on the https://uz.usembassy.gov/embassy/tashkent/procurement-and-contracting/ website when it is available.
Qualified Uzbekistan-based public relations (PR) shall develop and execute a high-impact PR campaign in support of the U.S. Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation (AFCP) project at Sher-Dor historical site in Samarkand.
All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about July 28, 2025.
Advance payments are not authorized.
Pursuant the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 4.1102(a) Offerors and quoters are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer or quotation is submitted (accessed through www.sam.gov) .
Again, this solicitation will be issued via this website - no paper copies will be mailed.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov . Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
