In accordance with federal acquisition regulation 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation preference. Offerors must maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov to comply with the representation and certification requirements, including FAR clauses 52.204-7 and 52.232-33.
