This solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

RFQ W50S6U26QA021 is for brand name Information Technology (IT) hardware and specialized wireless assessment accessories for the 261st Cyber Operations Squadron (261 COS). This equipment is essential to ensure operational readiness, system integrity, and mission effectiveness

This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside.

NAICS code is 334112 Computer Storage Device Manufacturing size standard is 1,250 employees.

PSC: 7K20 IT and Telecom - Storage Products (Hardware and Perpetual License Software).

Delivery: 90 days After Receipt of Purchase Order.

Brand Name: This is a brand name requirement. Only quotes that provide the Brand Name products in accordance with salient characteristics will be accepted. Used or refurbished is not authorized.

If a part number requested by the government is deemed “end-of-life” (EOL) and “end-of-support” (EOS), meaning the manufacturer no longer supports it, you should request a new part number that is a replacement or alternative.

Mandatory Registrations. To be eligible for award, contractor must have a registration and certifications must be current in System for Award Management (SAM).

This action will result in a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order to the lowest quote that conforms to the material aspects of the solicitation.

Submission Instructions

To be eligible for award, a quote must be received by the date and time indicated in SF 1449. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to carmen.ridener@us.af.mil. Include the solicitation number in the subject line.

By responding to this RFQ, the quoter agrees to meet all the requirements incorporated herein, and agrees to all the terms, conditions, and provisions.

 Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified in this solicitation shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made. The Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotes. It is the vendor’s responsibility to request and receive confirmation of quote receipt.
