This order is for methylation and genotyping arrays produced and manufactured by Illumina. The Center for Research on Genomics and Global Health will use methylation beadchips and genotyping arrays to study gene methylation, genetic variations, and methylation quantitative traits in previously recruited participants. The Core has an Illumina iScan, Illumina Autoloader, and a Tecan Liquid Handling Robot for automated processing of samples.
