(NSI) located at 19875 S.Diamond Lake Road, Rogers, Minnesota 55374. A sole source justification has been reviewed and approved by the Small Business Professional. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
