Solicitation N0042125Q1288 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with ARC Technologies LLC for Rubber Sheets Material (RAM) P/N: 10905-1 Rev None, P/N: 10905-2 Rev None and P/N: 10905-3 Rev None items as listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).

Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov.

This notice is intent to Sole Source with ARC Technologies LLC.

Vendors must be ARC Technologies LLC authorized distributor..

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 08 August 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
