Based on the approved Justification and Approval (JA), the agency has identified only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice, and must clearly show the ability of the firm to be responsive without compromising quality, accuracy, and reliability. Capability statements, comments, questions, or concerns regarding this notice shall be submitted via e-mail. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
