NOTIFICATION OF THE SEC'S INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT MODIFICATION TO MELTWATER NEWS US INC.

9/11/2025: This modification adds the Point of Contact.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to modify existing Contract No. 50310224P0036 with Meltwater News US Inc. The contract provides a single provider consolidated Media Intelligence Platform Subscription.

This modification will:

• Scope: Add daily curated media briefings and Bloomberg News Full-Text for use within the Newsletter.
• Estimated Value: The total estimated value of the contract shall remain below the dollar threshold in FAR 13.5 for the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.
• Period of Performance: Align with Option Year 1of the contract for the period of 1 October 2025 through 30September 2026.

This action is a within-scope modification to the existing contract.

This modification will be awarded on a sole-source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii), which permit solicitation from a single source for commercial item acquisitions conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government has determined that only one source is reasonably available to meet the agency’s requirements.

The SEC intends to award a contract modification to SEC Contract No. 50310224P0036 with Meltwater News US Inc. on or about September 19, 2025. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will consider interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by the response date of this notice. Submissions must demonstrate the ability to perform the specific in-scope work without disruption to existing performance.
