DLA Troop Support intends to issue an unrestricted Request for Quote (RFQ) for the acquisition of one NSN, 4130-01-348-1556 (Cooling Coil, Air, Duct), under solicitation number SPE8E9-25-R-0007.  This item is manufactured to the following:

The solicitation period will be 30 days; the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on SAM.gov AFTER October 14, 2025.  It will be for an indefinite delivery contract with an annual estimated quantity of 33 EA with 4, one-year option periods. Option pricing will be utilized in leu of an Economic Pricing Adjustment. The anticipated required delivery schedule is a 98 days. Delivery will be FOB Origin, Inspection / Acceptance at Destination. Pricing should be provided for both the base year and each of the 4 one year options. All proposals must include a copy of a completed solicitation. Follow directions as outlined in the solicitation when posted.
