PAYROLL SERVICES FOR LOCALLY EMPLOYED STAFF

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for Payroll services for the locally employed staff of the US Mission in France.   The Government is planning a pre-solicitation conference and the date for this conference will be confirmed when the package will be released. 

The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.  The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. 

The resultant contract will be an IDIQ (Indefinite delivery Indefinite Quantity) contract under which task orders will be issued. The Contract shall be for one base year and four (4) one-year options if exercised by the Government.  

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov  prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.  Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.
