Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to obtain 4 (four) 2025 Low Multi-Purpose Van 7 seaters RH Drive EURO 4 Rating, Gasoline, 1.5L, MPI Inline 4 cylinders 4 stroke, 2WD front, Toyota Avanza/Hyundai Stargazer or Equivalent - for Jakarta DS/ Patrol, U.S. Embassy Jakarta.

Due to the quota limitation by the Indonesian MOFA, the vehicles offered on this RFQ must be sourced locally within Indonesia, with the bidders to be authorized car dealers with the offices operating and based in Indonesia. The price offered shall be tax-free.

As required by U.S. Government’s federal acquisition regulation (FAR), for Procurement of $30,000 or above, prospective offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database on SAM.gov. Please the prospective offerors register in SAM.gov prior to submitting quotations/proposals.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
