PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR AMICO AIR AND VACUUM SYSTEM

Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a sole source contract to Quintech, Inc. Medical Gas Systems Service, for Preventive Maintenance for Dental Clinic’s Amico Air and Vacuum System.  This is a one-time requirement for the award of a contract in support of Brown Dental Clinic, Lyster Army Health Clinic, Fort Novosel, AL.        

Award will be made on or about 1 March 2026. The primary NAICS code for the requirement is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, Business Size Standard: $34M. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.

No requests for capability briefings will be honored from this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
