PROCURE OF SOLAR LIGHTS SYSTEMS FOR HAMPTON NHS

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P4225Q0058. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE
ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/.
This requirement is solicited as a Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns (Total Small Business Set-Aside) under NAICS code 335132, Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Electric Lighting Fixture Manufacturing, with a U. S. Small Business Administration size standard of 600 employees.


NOTE: System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations. Examples include 52.222-25, Affirmative Action Compliance, and paragraph (d) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications¿Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Contracting officers will not consider these representations when making award decisions or enforce requirements. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM.


This acquisition is for EVERGENEMSRETRO SERIES Lighting System Assemblies for single light poles in support of Hampton National Historic Site. This is a brand name sole source needed to repair and/or replace portions of HAMP parking lot lighting system.
